KAIRAOS TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of KairaOS, a software platform provided by Argon Ventures LLC (“KairaOS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using KairaOS, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “Business”) agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

KairaOS is a customer interaction and booking support system designed to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Guide users to services
  • Assist with booking processes
  • Provide basic tracking and visibility

KairaOS does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue increases, or customer conversion.

2. NO MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

KairaOS may be used by wellness, fitness, or service businesses. The system does NOT provide medical, legal, or professional advice. All final decisions, services, and recommendations remain the responsibility of the business and its staff.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The business using KairaOS agrees to:

  • Provide accurate service information
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing and offerings
  • Review and manage customer interactions when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

KairaOS is a support system, not a replacement for operational oversight.

4. SYSTEM LIMITATIONS

KairaOS operates based on configured inputs and available data. Limitations include:

  • Responses may not always be perfect or complete
  • System behavior depends on provided business information
  • Automation features may require human review

The Customer acknowledges that manual oversight is required.

5. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

KairaOS may assist with booking processes. However:

  • Final booking confirmation is subject to the business
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Square)
  • KairaOS does not store or process payment information

The business is responsible for managing cancellations, refunds, and scheduling policies.

6. DATA USAGE

KairaOS processes customer inquiries and interaction data solely to support business operations. Customer data remains the property of the business using KairaOS.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

The Customer agrees not to use KairaOS for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Misleading or deceptive practices
  • Unauthorized data collection
  • Harmful or abusive interactions

KairaOS reserves the right to suspend service for misuse.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

KairaOS is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies may affect availability.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law. KairaOS shall not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Missed bookings
  • Business interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

The Customer uses KairaOS at their own risk.

10. TERMINATION

KairaOS may suspend or terminate service:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For misuse of the system
  • At its discretion if necessary to protect operations

Upon termination, access to the system may be revoked.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KairaOS constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
